2022-2023 School Lunch Program Information

We need ALL parents/guardians to fill out this information. This information will be essential for both students and our school system for the upcoming year.

*Please also note as of right now the meal program that provided free lunch for all students will NOT be in place for the 2022-2023 school year.

This will also provide the information needed to verify if a child is eligible for the latest funding on the P-EBT cards.

You will choose the Lauderdale County Board of Education. Paper copies will be handed out the first week of school if you would like to use a paper copy.
