The Lauderdale County School System was awarded the only K-12 RUS DLT grant in Alabama, in the current cycle. The grant award of $245,618 to our school district required a 15 percent match of $36,844 which is coming from the BOE allocations. All school sites and the BOE site will be used as a hub site, an end-user site, or a combination of the two. The project is labeled as a process project because it will provide tools for our teachers and students to increase access to technology and skills.
