Learning Packet Pickup Today--Thank you! Read more...enjoy a video.
Students and families were greeted by principals, administrators, and counselors today at all ten schools--picking up learning packets to provide students with end-of-school materials, textbooks, and other school-from-home materials.
We appreciate all the cooperation and good spirit as cars lined up at all Lauderdale schools today, following social distancing and distance learning. As this year closes, it will continue to be the most unusual school year this group of students has seen.
Central High School Principal, Bert Helton, posted today, "Oh my goodness. Talk about stepping it up. I'm seeing teachers get WAY out of their comfort zones and getting super creative to stay in contact with students and deliver instruction. I couldn't be more proud."
Teachers and school administrators will continue to support student learning throughout the remainder of this year, in the summer, and we come back to school in the fall (we hope), we will be eager to see what students have accomplished.
If you have questions about your child's learning packet, you may contact your child's teachers or school. You may leave telephone messages and we will return a call as soon as possible, or email your principal and school.
Thank you again!
