ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT PLAN 2026
- The Lauderdale County Board of Education has an established plan for asbestos in compliance with Title II, Section 206 of the Toxic Substance Control Act of the United States.
- All common asbestos materials are marked as required by this act. A copy of the Asbestos Management Plan is available for review at each school.
- District officials conduct periodic surveillance every 6 months and it is inspected by an accredited inspector every 3 years.
