These codes may be obtained from the Alabama Department of Finance website. Be sure to include all addresses, points of contact, phone numbers and, if applicable, email addresses where you would want solicitations to be sent to.

Tips on doing business with the Lauderdale County Schools
1. Be sure your company’s name is on the bid list with the correct class/sub-classes. Keep your application current with any changes.
2. Read the bid documents thoroughly and follow all instructions, terms, and conditions. Failure to do so will be at the bidder’s risk.
3. Be sure bid is submitted on or before the receive date and time. Be sure the envelope shows the bid number and opening date.
4. Attend bid openings, if possible, to see what the competition is doing, since bid results are not given over the phone or in writing.
5. Ask questions.
We look forward to doing business with you. We are interested in your thoughts and concerns about the purchasing process. Vendor feedback is valued. Feel free to write or call with your comments and questions.
