Mr. Joiner has been married to his wife, Kelley for 33 years. Kelley is also a school administrator with Lauderdale County Schools, currently serving as CTE Director and Principal of Allen Thornton Career Technical Center. The Joiners’ have two children (Hannah, 29 and Fowler, 27) who are both graduates of Lexington High School. Hannah and her husband, Aaron, live in Louisville, KY where Aaron is employed as Director of News and Information at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Hannah is a full time mom to Ellen Grace born on August 4, 2017, the Joiners’ first grandchild. Fowler is a 2017 graduate of the UAB School of Medicine and is currently in residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.

Mr. Sinyard been married to Callie Sinyard for 4 years. Zach and Callie are both graduates of Lexington High School. Callie is currently a pharmacist at ECM hospital. Zack began his teaching career as an elementary special education teacher in Jefferson County. He also taught high school self-contained special education at Central High School. Zack has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary and Special Education from The University of Alabama, Masters Degree in Instructional Leadership from The University of North Alabama, and is currently pursuing an Education Specialist Degree in Instructional Leadership also from The University of North Alabama.
