All Lauderdale County Students are entitled to the use of free textbooks provided the student or parent/guardian assumes responsibility for returning these books at the end of the school year.  Parent/Guardian may be required to sign a textbook form each year.  Payment for the loss or damage to textbooks will be required, and the student will not be issued a replacement book until textbook indebtedness is cleared.  Parents may purchase textbooks from the school system at cost plus handling charges.
